If your LG-P698 continuously rebooting (aka bricked) after downloading and installing application then this is the solution you can do to bring it to life again.
Don't worry you wouldn't need any professional gadgets or box to reprogram or reformat your LG to factory settings. Just do my steps below and you are good to go.
Step 1. Remove battery
Step 2. Press home + volume down + power on wait for the screen to ask you to reformat/wipe your phone.
Step 3. Using volume up / volume down you can change the selection. Highlight the reformat/wipe phone memory.
Step 4. Using the power button you can select it and wait for the phone to restart and proceed with the initial setup of your LG phone.
Step 5. Get yourself a drink and a food to celebrate because your phone is in running condition again. :)
