I admit it unlocking this phone was a bit hard for me because I seldom openline Blackberry cellphones.  Also there are may information online about 8100 blackberry procedure and it was confusing.

To make help you forward and make money fast.  I document the procedure here, so you would not have to enter the rabbit hole and waste lots of time learning how to do it.

Tools needed:
Z3x LG activated Tool Box

Procedure:

1.  Run Z3X shell and choose the correct model.  In this case Blackberry 8100.

2.  The software will pop up but you will see no Blackberry model was chosen.  In order to choose the right model, click brand and choose blackberry.  Now select 8100.

3.  Click Do Job.  You will be ask to enter the IMEI of your blackberr and the mep code combination on which your mobile was locked.

In this tutorial I input the IMEI and mep code:

Since this was locked to TMobile:  I searched for the mep code for TMobile and this was I found.
